This printer arrived yesterday and I'm sending it back. It was very easy to set up and did a good job printing plain paper. I moved up to mailing labels and the first sheet jammed. I then discovered that there was no owner's manual, but a CD-ROM. After loading the CD, discovered that it was written at a kindergarten level (open cover, remove page, close cover). I tried to log onto their web site for tech support, but found that it was slow and contained little troubleshooting information. Customer support is very important to me, so I decided to send this back. I have not been impressed with Brother. This may be the best bargain out there, but be careful.
