Since people tend to only write in when they have bad experiences, I'll write about my good ones. I own a Pioneer 116 which I purchased for ... OEM. That was such a great drive for me, I thought I'd order this kit for a little less and get the MPEG2 decoder card. It really works nice for me. There are not drivers for Windows 2000, but I still got it to work, and the Pioneer 115 DVD-ROM which ships with it is really a great drive. It perfectly mimics my 116, which is supposed to be a better unit. I don't konw what those other guys were talking about when they had a hard time. I'm guessing they don't know much about computers. If you know anything, you shouldn't have a problem getting some hardware to run.
