I do not have this specific model but I have one of its siblings, Verto GeForce4 Ti 4200 with 64MB video card. After four months after I got it, it just stopped working. I have been trying for a week to communicate with PNY to get their much-boasted 'lifetime replacement warranty' service but couldn't get a hold of them. First of all, their customer service does not have any email addresses. Only phone line always leads to a voice mail. I left six voice mails for last six days and they're just not getting back. Their customer service is just unacceptable.
If you're considering any of PNY video cards, be aware that you'll be left alone with your fried card when something bad happens to your card.
